14-day money-back guarantee

If KnowWhy isn't right for you, you can get a full refund of your first Team payment within 14 days of purchase, whether you chose monthly or yearly billing. No questions asked.

After 14 days

Renewal payments and later payments aren't normally refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep the Team plan until the end of the period you've paid for. If you were charged in error, for example for members who had already left, or after you cancelled, contact us and we'll put it right.

Seat changes are prorated automatically: when members leave a Team workspace, the unused time is credited against your next invoice.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which issues all refunds. Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use paddle.net to find your order, or email hello@knowwhyy.com with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

Workspace owners can cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't by itself refund the current period.
